Gossip Girl at Home…
As many of you may know I jokingly decided my New Year’s Resolution for 2009 was to be an extra on Gossip Girl. While in Atlanta showing at America’s Mart, I got two phone calls that made my New Year’s Resolution seem even closer! My dear husband who is in town on his three week break from the Broadway tour of Wizard of Oz, called me to let me know that something was filming in our lobby of our building. Just a few moments later I got a call from my brother Rob, who lives next door, to let me know Gossip Girl was being filmed at my apartment!
Well, as I am sure you know I love this show! My love began with the show when they started using our pieces during the first season, and I am so excited to say they have since used my jewelry designs three more times in season two so far.
Now my home will be featured March 9th on Gossip Girl! My home I love so dearly and feel so blessed to live in will be used and is transformed on the show to be what we suspect (myself and the doorman suspect) might be a hotel. More updates to follow! My doorman Gene says by the way Blake Lively is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen! I will pass that along to her, he seemed to glow when he said it!
